How can I cancel my order?

You have the option to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse by contacting our customer support. Please email us your query Support@novopk.com or call & whatsapp us at0325-3015000

I want to change my delivery address?

Before the order is dispatched:

Cancel the order by contacting our customer care team to change the delivery address.

Once the order is cancelled you may simply place another order with the correct delivery address.

*Delivery address cannot be changed once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
